Armastus on iseenese tunnistamine. Kui armastad iseend, tunned end niivõrd rikkana, et võid endale lubada armastada igaüht.

Sadhana is yogi’s early morning daily spiritual practice, discipline of the mind and body to serve the soul. Sadhana gives energy for the whole day. Practicing sadhana balances and keeps the mind pure and evokes deep inner peace.

Effects of the Sadhana- overcoming the duality of the mind, spiritual fitness, integration and commitment. Sadhana creates meditative mind.

Morning Sadhana- practicing with a group. Duration 2,5 hours (from 5-7.30 AM). Sadhana starts with the reciting of the Japji (20 minutes). It is followed by a regular yoga class. After this the Aquarian Age mantras are chanted (62 minutes) and tuning out will take place to end the practice.

Japji is a part of an ancient script written in Gurmukhi. Japji contains of 40 verses written down by an enlightened teacher Guru Nanak. Yogi Bhajan has said that the one who understands Japji, understands the whole Divine Wisdom. It means all of the wisdom is written down in the Japji.

Aquarian Age mantras - There are 7 Aquarian Age mantras given by Yogi Bhajan. The Aquarian Age mantras were given by Yogi Bhajan to ease coping with change and challenges of the age. The mantras are chanted in the same order and for given length as part of morning sadhana.

Regular sadhana does not keep away problems that arise in life nor the changes, but it gives constant inner strength to handle them all. Group sadhana develops collective consciousness, where individual auras of the participants merge.

Yogi Bhajan was once asked: “Why do you do Sadhana, you are a Master?” He replied: “I have been doing it for years. I do it to remain a Master.” (Yogi Bhajan 03.04.1983 GTE tape T08)
