Merit Raju “Hingele pai” / “Caressing the soul” - in Estonian. This is a book about beautiful everyday things, with additions of tips for emotionally challenging situations, tasty recepies, energizing yoga postures, and suggestions on better sleep and meditation.

Marika Blossfeldt is the hostess of Polli Talu Loominguline Keskus (The Creative Centre of Polli Farm), a dancer and a health consultant.
