Aquarian Age, from 2011 till …
Piscean Age preceded the Aquarian Age, the transition period started in 1991.
The Piscean Age was dominated by machines and hierarchies. The transition from Piscean Age to Aquarian Age is distinct by radical change both in the inner world of human beings but also the outer world and society. Our mind and lifestyle have to change. The moto of Piscean Age was “To be or not to be”. One had to learn, develop, be someone, to search, there was a lot of secrets and lying.
There are no more secrets in Aquarian Age, no need to search for information, everything is available. You already are someone because of your inner wisdom. One only needs to be well connected with the inner Self, to accept the depth withing, to manifest it by acting wisely and by dedication. The moto of Aquarian Age is “To be! I am!”

Jap-Ji

“If one understands Jap-Ji, he or she understands the wisdom of the whole world.” - Yogi Bhajan
Jap-Ji Sahib is a wondrous poem that elevates the soul from the darkness of egoism and takes it back to its genuine divine status. Jap-Ji Sahib teaches you how to live in this world, so that the everyday routines do not become a burden. The teachings of Jap-Ji Sahib should be made a part of one’s everyday activities at home and at work, but also part of meditation.
Jap-Ji Sahib is a poem written down in Gurmukhi script, composed of fourty paurees. It harmonises five elements, eight chakras and ten bodies, it gives clarity of senses and fills one's heart with peace and love.
Jap-Ji is a Sikh prayer that is recited before sunrise.

Merit Raju “Hingele pai” / “Caressing the soul” - in Estonian. This is a book about beautiful everyday things, with additions of tips for emotionally challenging situations, tasty recepies, energizing yoga postures, and suggestions on better sleep and meditation.
Merit Raju “Leia oma tee” / “Find your way” - in Estonian. Nowadays it is a true luxury to have Spare Time. The time when, resting from activities and thoughts, a new path in life may start, taking one to a very different direction. It is a luxury to go to work and to really love it. It is a luxury to work without going to work. What kind of life would you actually like to have? This book will help you to search for your thrue calling in life, but it won’t provide the answer to the question of “what is right for you”. The answer you’ll have to find from within yourself.

Yogic diet

You are what you eat. In ancient times, food was considered medicine and a healer. The principles of healthy diet were widely known and food was used as a cleaner, healer, and for keeping balance. Fortunately, this kind of attitude is coming back and we already know that every time we eat something, we are creating our future.

Yogic diet is based on Ayurveda principle stating that health is the balance between body, mind and consciousness.

Tridoshas are factors that need to be balanced and that have critical importance concerning health:

  1. Vata (air) - sustains the body, controls the mind and perception and causes the elimination of waste.
  2. Pitta (gall) - answers for digestion, the fire of digestion.
  3. Kapha (phlegm) - nurtures and lubricates the body, takes care of sexual potential.

Yogic lifestyle

Hydrotherapy (Ishnaan)

Hydrotherapy is hardening of the body, not only a hygienic procedure.

Rub and massage your body with almond oil from top to toe, it will wash out the toxins through open pores and nurturing the skin. Almond oil also has a warming effect. Now you are ready for hydrotherapy.

Start by letting cold water run on your hands, arms and feet, massaging them at the same time. Continue with the stomach, back, and buttocks. Do not stop massaging. To protect your thighs and sexual organs, you may wear cotton shorts. Optimal time for cold shower is 12-15 minutes.
